TUESDAY 9:30 - 10:15 AM

Start your day gently, release tension, and move with ease. A calm, supportive and welcoming session with gentle postures for balance, and full-body relaxation. No experience needed, all abilities welcome perfect for beginners.


DYNAMIC STRENGTH-BASED HATHA YOGA THURSDAY 9:30 - 10:30 AM

An energising practice to increase strength, stamina, and flexibility while moving with intention and focus. A focused, faster paced session to leave you feeling strong, supple, and energised.


BREATHWORK & MEDITATION 

SUNDAY 7:15 to 7:45 PM

A calming session for mind and body. Focus on your breath, let go of stress, and recharge your energy for the week ahead.
