What to Expect at Your First Class
Whether you're completely new to yoga, regularly practice or are returning to yoga you'll be warmly welcomed.
Our classes are designed to feel calm, supportive and inclusive. Every body is different, and you are encouraged to move at your own pace and rest whenever you need to.
Before the class
Please arrive around 10 minutes early so you can settle in comfortably and complete a new client form. If you have any questions, we're always happy to have a quick chat before we begin.
What do I need for class?
- a yoga mat
- a bottle of water
- a blanket or cushion for relaxation (optional)
- comfortable clothing you can move easily in
During the class
Classes include:
- grounding
- breathing techniques and a warm up
- asana (yoga postures)
- relaxation
Options and modifications are offered, making classes suitable for beginners and mixed abilities.
