Welcome to Blissful Balance Yoga in Widnes.

Our aim is to help you find strength and calm through the power of yoga using breath, mindful movement and meditation.

Blissful Balance Yoga offers a space for you to learn yoga and to deepen your yoga practice.


Our focus on traditional breath-based Hatha Yoga will help you to develop strength and find balance and harmony in your mind, body, and soul.  


Located in the hub of the community at Halton MMA gym in Widnes, Cheshire our classes are the perfect escape from the busy world we live in. 


Breath-based Hatha Yoga

Breath-based hatha yoga is a traditional yoga practice that works to bring polar opposites and the body and mind in to unity, balance and harmony.


The breath leads us through movement of the body with deep even inhalations and exhalations.


As we inhale we rise and expand and as we exhale we fold and release.


The breath in movement leads us to meditation.

Meet the instructor

Andrea is a registered, certified and insured yoga teacher RYT 200 and will guide you through your practice at every step with care and attention.  


Andrea has a deep love and passion for yoga and has been practising yoga for 30 years not just as exercise for the body but as something that brings balance, connection and wellbeing.  


Andrea has always felt a strong desire to one day be able to share her love of yoga with others and feels blessed to now be able to guide you to practice yoga.
